London and its size overwhelmed me when I first took a step out of St. Pancras Station. A jumble of tall houses, wide-open parks, and long, endless row houses: London as an experience. My publication tries to sum up the overwhelming sense of chaos and grandeur without giving much of it away. "See for yourself"
In a 10-day excursion through London, I plunged into the daily life of a Londoner, experiencing the metropolis from inside a cult London vehicle: a double-decker bus. In it, I moved through many parts of London and was allowed to get to know not only the traffic and the noise but also the large parks, the many people, and the sound of the many English accents. In the process, I created a variety of sketches, photo series and text research, all of which came together in an editorial project.
